1. Reservations & Payments

  • All reservations require a valid credit card at the time of booking.
  • A deposit may be required to confirm your booking, which will be applied to your final bill.
  • Full payment for your stay is required at the time of check-in unless pre-paid.
  • Cancellation policies vary; please refer to your booking confirmation for specific details.

2. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in time is from 11:00 AM. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
  • Check-out time is by 10:00 AM. Late check-out requests may be accommodated, subject to availability and additional charges.
  • Guests must present valid identification at check-in.

3. Cancellation & No-show Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay.
  • In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the first night’s stay will be charged.

4. Room Policies

  • The maximum occupancy for each room is stated on the room booking page. Additional guests may incur extra charges.
  • Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms. A cleaning fee will be charged for any violations.
  • Pets are not allowed unless specified in the booking terms.

5. Children & Extra Beds

  • Children under a certain age (e.g., 12) may stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
  • Extra beds or cribs are available upon request and may incur additional fees.

6. Hotel Services & Facilities

  • Wi-Fi is complimentary throughout the hotel. The hotel is not liable for any disruptions in the service.
  • Parking is available for guests. The hotel is not responsible for any damages or theft of vehicles.

7. Liability

  • Hotel Greet Inn is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.

8. Privacy Policy

  • Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for hotel-related purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

9. Force Majeure

  • The hotel is not responsible for events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances that may affect your stay.

10. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Uttarakhand. Any disputes arising shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the local courts.
